Cinematic Crime Drama Test Prompt for Seedance 2.0
Description
A highly detailed, multi-section prompt designed for Seedance 2.0 to generate a 10-second cinematic crime drama scene. The prompt specifies the visual style, main subjects (mafia boss and two thieves), environment, lighting, camera work, mood, dialogue, and a precise timeline/shot list.
Full prompt
Ultra-realistic cinematic crime drama, 10 seconds, Oscar-winning visual language, photorealistic skin, natural imperfections, subtle sweat, dust in the air, masterpiece cinematography.
Main Subject:
A powerful Mexican mafia boss in his late 50s, silver-streaked black hair, weathered face, calm terrifying presence, tailored black suit, gold ring, seated at the head of a long dark wooden table like a king.
Two Thieves:
Thief 1: a skinny nervous young man, age 22, pale olive skin, shaved head, cheap leather jacket, restless eyes, fast breathing, trying to look tough but clearly terrified.
Thief 2: a heavyset older man, age 46, rough beard, deep facial lines, worn denim shirt, slower movements, hardened but exhausted, carrying guilt in his expression.
They must look completely different in age, body type, face shape, posture, and energy.
Environment:
A dim hacienda-style private room in a luxurious Mexican estate, textured plaster walls, religious candles, dark wood, expensive tequila bottles, tobacco smoke, guards blurred in background, late-night atmosphere.
Lighting and Color:
Extremely cinematic warm amber and deep crimson color grading, practical candlelight mixed with a narrow shaft of moonlight through blinds, high contrast, rich shadows, glossy eye reflections, premium film look.
Camera Style:
Slow dolly-in, shallow depth of field, anamorphic lens feel, subtle handheld tension, elegant framing, precise rack focus, no cheap action style.
Mood:
Controlled intimidation, silence heavier than violence, prestige crime cinema, emotional realism.
Dialogue:
Very little dialogue, almost whispered.
Boss: “You stole from the wrong house.”
Young thief quietly: “We didn’t know.”
Older thief remains silent.
Timeline:
0:00–0:02 — Wide cinematic establishing shot of the mafia boss seated in silence, the two thieves standing across the table, tiny in the frame, smoke drifting through warm light.
0:02–0:04 — Medium close-up on the young thief swallowing hard, eyes flicking toward the older thief, fingers trembling.
0:04–0:06 — Close-up of the older thief, bruised knuckles, regret and fear mixing on his face, saying nothing.
0:06–0:08 — Slow push-in on the boss leaning forward slightly, expression unreadable, delivering one quiet line: “You stole from the wrong house.”
0:08–0:10 — Extreme close-ups: candle flame, gold ring tapping wood once, sweat rolling down the young thief’s temple, the older thief lowering his eyes, then hold on the boss in absolute stillness. Freeze-frame feeling.
