Focused on breathing and being present. This one is a bit different for me. I wanted the visuals to be focused on the center person with chaos around.

Then a beautiful sunny day would come along and, even if there was snow on the ground, I would find a spot in the sunshine and just sit there with a blanket and let the sun warm my soul.
