CAMERA Mini-DV tape camcorder handheld aesthetic, vertical framing. A gorgeous athletic Scandinavian running influencer films herself directly by hand in selfie-cam and first-person style during a dawn run. Keep realistic hand shake amplified by her stride, slightly crooked framing, delayed autofocus hunting in low dawn light, awkward zoom-ins and zoom-outs, occasional motion blur, wind buffeting the mic, and small framing mistakes where part of her face or the horizon briefly slips out of frame. Mix handheld selfie footage with a few fixed external shots. Important: never show her placing, adjusting, or setting up a camera. When switching from handheld footage to a fixed external angle, use a clean jump cut as if the camera had already been positioned before the shot began. The camera itself must never appear on screen. LOOK: Soft digital tape camcorder look with vintage DV character. Slight blur, faint tape noise, visible highlight bloom as the sun breaks the horizon, subtle auto-exposure flicker and hunting as she turns toward and away from the light, muted contrast in the shadows, realistic skin texture with visible pores and sweat sheen, cool blue pre-dawn ambient light warming to gold, realistic skin tones, real lens flare when facing the sun. STYLE: A realistic 5am dawn run vlog with a confident athletic lifestyle vibe. The tone is breathless, upbeat, a little self-deprecating, and natural. She is clearly attractive and charismatic, but the video must feel like a believable self-recorded run vlog, not a polished Nike commercial. Fast clean jump cuts, strong continuity, natural body language, audible real breathing that gets heavier across the video, no awkward dead moments. CHARACTER: An exceptionally beautiful athletic Scandinavian woman in her mid-20s. Highly photogenic face, clear pale blue eyes, light freckles across the nose and cheeks, defined jawline, a natural full mouth, fair skin flushing pink at the cheeks from cold and effort, long thick ash-blonde hair in a low ponytail with loose strands escaping around the face. She looks like a high-end running and lifestyle influencer, not an ordinary jogger. Lean, long-limbed, athletic runner's build. Bare minimal makeup, slightly glossy skin from sweat. She wears a fitted long-sleeve technical running top in muted olive, matching high-waisted running shorts, a thin black running watch, low-profile running shoes, and small wired-look earbuds. No other jewelry. SETTING: A long empty coastal boardwalk at first light. Wooden slats underfoot, low dunes and beach grass on one side, flat grey sea and a breaking orange sunrise on the other, a single wooden railing, scattered gulls, one weathered bench, faint sea mist. Completely empty, no other runners, no dog walkers, no cars, no extra people. Cold still air with visible breath at the start. IMPORTANT CONTINUITY RULES: The same woman must remain fully consistent in every shot. No face changes, no hairstyle changes, no outfit changes, no body changes, no shoe changes. Her hair gets progressively looser and more windblown but stays the same colour and length. No extra people appearing. No duplicated limbs. No broken hands. No impossible running gait. No feet sliding or skating on the boardwalk. No changing weather or sun position beyond a natural gradual sunrise. No camera visible. No camera setup shown. Keep her beautiful, athletic, and photogenic in every shot. STORYBOARD (30 seconds total, 10 cuts): 1. (~3s, arm's-length selfie) She jogs slowly onto the boardwalk holding the camera herself, visible breath in the cold air, squinting and grinning at the lens. Dialogue: "Five a.m. Why do I do this." 2. (~3s, handheld pan across the sea and back to her) The camera swings out over the water toward the orange sunrise, lens flare blooming, then swings back to her face. Dialogue: "Okay. That's worth it." 3. (~3s, low first-person shot of her feet) She tilts the camera down at her own shoes striking the wooden slats, then tilts back up to the empty boardwalk ahead. No dialogue. 4. (~3s, fixed external medium shot) Jump cut to a fixed shot from the side of the boardwalk. She is already running past camera at a steady pace, hair swinging, breathing hard. No camera setup shown. No dialogue. 5. (~3s, same fixed shot, wider) She slows to a walk, hands on hips, chest heaving, and laughs at herself as she catches her breath. Dialogue: "That hill was not on the map." 6. (~3s, handheld walking selfie) She picks the vlog back up in selfie mode, wiping her forehead with her wrist, cheeks bright red, walking a few steps. Dialogue: "Three kilometres in and I'm cooked." 7. (~3s, tight handheld close-up) She takes a long drink from a small handheld water flask, lowers it, and exhales a satisfied laugh. Dialogue: "Best water of my life." 8. (~3s, fixed external wide shot facing the sunrise) Jump cut. She stands at the railing in silhouette against the rising sun, stretches her arms overhead, then rolls her shoulders out. Dialogue: "Little stretch so nothing snaps later." 9. (~3s, handheld close selfie) Loose blonde strands stuck to her damp forehead, she brushes them back, smiling in a tired and genuinely happy way, sun now warm on her face. Dialogue: "This is the good part. Right here." 10. (~3s, arm's-length selfie ending) She walks slowly away down the boardwalk still filming herself, gives a tired little wave, and grins. Dialogue: "Okay. Coffee. Bye." FINAL INSTRUCTION: The result must feel like a real self-recorded dawn run vlog by a genuine running influencer. Prioritize realistic handheld motion driven by her stride, strong continuity, believable pacing, audible natural breathing that intensifies, sweat and flush that build over the video, attractive appearance, and subtle imperfection. Keep it warm, real, and cinematic in a documentary way. Not artificial, not stiff, not stock-footage clean.
