Subscription Terms

Your use of Collart Subscription Services is governed by these Subscription Terms, which are described in further detail below. The following points are particularly important:

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew until you cancel.
• Credit System: Different subscription tiers include a specific allocation of Credits. Features consume Credits based on rules defined by Collart, which may change from time to time.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription at any time by accessing the "Manage Subscription" entry on the Subscription Page within the Service.
• Refund Policy: Cancellation will cease auto-renewal of Subscriptions, but Subscription Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Transparency: The specific Access Period (e.g., Monthly, Yearly) and cost of the Subscription Product you purchase are disclosed prior to purchase and confirmed via email following purchase.
• Data Privacy: We transfer your billing information to our payment processor(s) strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• External Services: If you purchase a Subscription through an External Service (such as Apple App Store or Google Play), you must use the tools made available by those services to manage and/or cancel your Subscription.
• Offer Terms: Promotional offers may be subject to additional limitations, which are generally presented to you at the time of offer receipt.

1. Subscription Service & License

• Scope of Access: The Collart Premium subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access advanced AI generation tools, remove background features, high-resolution downloads, and an ad-free experience.
• Service Evolution: Given the rapid evolution of AI technology, Collart reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue specific features within the subscription plan to improve performance or comply with regulations.

2. Credit System & Usage

• Credit Allocation: Different subscription tiers (e.g., Basic, Pro, Premium) grant you a specific number of usage points ("Credits") per billing cycle. The number of Credits included in your plan is specified on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Consumption Rules: Certain features within the Service (e.g., AI image generation, AI video generation) require the consumption of Credits. Collart reserves the right to determine the Credit cost for each feature.
• Adjustments to Rules: Collart may, at its sole discretion, adjust the Credit consumption rates for specific features or introduce new features with different Credit costs. These adjustments may occur without prior specific notice, though we will endeavor to keep the usage rules transparent within the product interface.
• No Monetary Value: Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other refunds.

3. Billing, Payment & Taxes

• Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., Monthly or Annually) according to the plan selected at purchase.
• Authorization: By providing a payment method, you authorize Collart (or our third-party payment processor) to charge the applicable subscription fee and any applicable taxes.
• Taxes: Unless stated otherwise, subscription fees do not include taxes. You are responsible for paying all applicable VAT, sales tax, or GST required by your local jurisdiction.
• Failed Payments: If a payment is not successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, we may suspend your access to the Premium features until we have successfully charged a valid payment method.

4. Free Trials

• Eligibility: We may offer a free trial to new users. Eligibility is determined by Collart at its sole discretion to prevent abuse.
• Automatic Conversion: If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period expires, your account will automatically convert to the paid subscription plan you selected, and the payment method on file will be charged.
• Forfeiture: Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited immediately when you purchase a subscription during the trial.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future auto-renewals. Canceling a subscription does not trigger a refund for previous payments, but allows you to avoid future charges.

To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

• Log in to your account on the Collart website or app.
• Navigate to the Subscription Page (or "My Plan").
• Locate and click on the "Manage Subscription" entry.
• Select "Cancel Subscription" and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.

After Cancellation:
Once confirmed, you will receive a cancellation notice. You will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. After the cycle ends, your account will revert to the free version.

6. Refund Policy

• Non-Refundable: As a general rule, payments for subscriptions are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
• EU/UK Right of Withdrawal: If you are a consumer based in the EU or UK, you may have a right to withdraw from the subscription within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not started using the premium features (e.g., generating AI images). By using the Service immediately, you acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal.
• Third-Party Stores: If your subscription was purchased via a third-party app store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play), their refund policies apply. You must contact the respective store support directly for any refund requests.

7. Price and Term Changes

Collart reserves the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion.

• Notification: We will provide notice of any price changes via email or within the Service.
• Acceptance: Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. Continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes your agreement to pay the new price.

8. Termination

Collart may terminate or suspend your subscription and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to fraudulent payment activity or misuse of our AI tools for illegal purposes.
